Required Educational Qualification:

• Aryavart Gramin Bank Educational Qualification For  Officer Scale- III – Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institutions.
• For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) – Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• For Officer Scale-II (Information Technology) – Degree from a recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, Desirable Experience: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc and One year Working Experience
• For Officer Scale-II (Law Officer) – Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.
• For Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer) – MBA in Marketing from any Institute of repute and One year experience.
• For Officer Scale- I – Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent, Essential: Proficiency in local language
