In this Eamcet web counselling mainly consists of 7 steps for eamcet mock counselling 2013. they are

- Reporting at Colleges
Step-1 Registration for Certificate verification :
- Who are qualified eamcet those all candidates will go to the HLC Centre as per rank wise counselling dates
- Candidates are need should bring rank card at during the Registration time
- After go to the Help line Centre need should registration first
- After finish the registration kept the system generated print out
Step-2 eamcet Registration for Certificate verification :
- Candidates are need to Verify the details printed on Registration-Cum-Verification form for name, local area, sex, category, date of birth etc.
- for correctness.If there is any mistake, report to verification officer for correction.
If you belong to SC/ST/BC Category, report to Caste Verification officer and submit the original Caste Certificate for verification and clearance.
- After Caste verification report to one of the Certificate verification officers to get other certificates like Rank Card, Hall ticket, Marks memo, Study certificate, income certificate etc.

Step-3 Instructions on Exercising Options :
- In this step candidates are need have select colleges and courses you wish to join and arrange them in the order of priority
- candidates are need to collect the all information about colleges and courses
- The Officer in Briefing Room will explain the procedure of exercising options and filling of Blank option form.
Step 4: Preparatory work to be made by you at home for exercising options:
- candidates should know about details of colleges and course
- Take the manual option form and write option number, College code and course code you wish to join. For example :- if you are interested to join in JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad/ Anathapur/ Kakinada under option number, you will select 1, under College code write JNTH/ /JNTUK, under course Write CSE. If you wish to join in Mechanical Engineering Branch as your second option, write 2 under option number, HYD under district code and JNTH under College code and write MECH under course code i.e. if the vacancy is not available in CSE Branch, MEC will be considered for allotment of seats. In the similar fashion, write down any number of options
Step 5: Procedure to be followed for exercising options on Internet:
- Following step are candidates need to enter options
- Candidates first open the http://apeamcet.nic.in and than candidate need to login first
- After Login candidates enter the Application No. EAMCET H.T No, Rank, Date of Birth than click on, System will be generated pass word
- Specimen Option form, enter the option numbers in the spaces on the Screen.
You are advised not to start entering options directly on the web without preparatory work at home, as you may commit mistakes.
Click on ?Cancel Logout? retains the Options Entry Form. Click on ?Save & Logout? button will save the options exercised up to that point of time and display the details of the options exercised. Click on ?Confirm Logout? button will directly display the details of the options exercised.
After verification of the options exercised by him, for modifying the options, the candidate has to click on Login for Option Entry.
Step 6 Final Allotment of Seats :
- The Allotment will processed on the date mentioned in the notification based on merit and category and will be placed in the web
- Allotment order letter download and allotment letter
Step 7 Payment of fee :
- candidates after complete the above step need pay fee in through by download the Challan form
- With downloaded allotment order you have to remit the fees in one of the branches of Andhra Bank or Indian Bank in the State and obtain a receipt. However in respect of SC/ST/BC/PH/Minority a candidate whose parental income is up to one lakh per annul, payment of Tuition fee and Special fee is exempted.
Step- 8 Reporting to Colleges :
- Students are complete above step successfully allotment order and all documents should submit in to the college
